Every built unit ships with this report, filled in from its own test run and signed by the person who built it. This page shows the form with example values so you know what to expect. Your unit's report carries its own serial and its own readings — which is the point.
The tests are run by the Burn-In tool on the unit itself. The same tool ships in the software, so the report can be re-run on the bench or in the field and compared line for line to this baseline.

2. Tests
Each line records the method, what was measured, the limit, and the result. A unit does not ship with any line other than PASS.

Keep this report with the unit. The warranty form asks for the serial; the report is the baseline the bench compares against if a unit ever comes back.
